Every time someone sends a note about their experience, I feel so much gratitude and grace. At the end of the day, the work is being done by the people I have the honor of serving. I am very clear that I am not here to save, change, or fix anyone. I am here to accompany and, at times, to help orient them back to the wisdom that is already within.
I take to heart that any praise that has been received, is a result of someone’s dedication to themselves. Their willingness to look. Their willingness to question. Their willingness to act.
Much of what is written here could be pointed right back at them, because they are the ones making these changes possible.
Below are reflections shared by people I have worked with.
Some names have been shortened to preserve the privacy of those I serve at their request.

What clients are saying
“After three years of coaching and mentorship with Danielle, I am very aware that I do not necessarily need her. She has taught me everything I need to know to be a fully functioning human, but I choose to keep her in my life consistently because of the high value she adds.
Before I worked with her, I was having anxiety and panic attacks. I was overworking myself in how I served other people and had no clear boundaries. I built a strong identity around being of service and consistently put myself to the side. It was not sustainable.
Once I began working with Danielle, my life changed. I started eating better, moving more, and setting clearer boundaries with the clients I serve and support. I no longer operate from depletion. I operate from responsibility and steadiness. The work has been mine, and her guidance has helped me see where I needed to take ownership.”

“I work in a high-performance, fast-paced corporate environment. When I came to Danielle, I was burnt out and ready to quit, even though the mission mattered deeply to me. I was struggling with some of the individuals leading the company and felt constantly at the mercy of the environment.
I was working approximately fourteen-hour days. I had no social life and no enjoyment. I was physically and emotionally depleted. I believed there was something wrong with me because I could not keep up with the pace and culture around me.
Working consistently with Danielle helped me focus on what I could actually control. I stayed centered in my own path instead of reacting to everything around me. I realized that the environment can be intense and still navigable. I learned how to move within it without losing myself and without allowing the corporate culture to become the culture of my life.”

“There has never been a time that I have worked with Danielle where I felt she had some kind of additional agenda. I have done a lot of coaching with other people, and often I felt pushed toward what they thought was best for me based on their belief systems.
Danielle helps you come to terms with what you think is best for you, without fear and without assumptions. There has never been a time that I have spoken to her and not felt like she was my safe harbor. I can bring absolutely anything, say anything, and know I will not be judged.
She has never made me feel stupid or like I did not understand something. I value that so much. I appreciate how easygoing she is and how simple she makes things when, for me, they look like a giant mess.”

“...Danielle is masterful at guiding us toward new beginnings. Her compassion and energy are without bounds, motivating those around her to do more and seek our highest selves…”

Executive Director, Windows to My Soul
“I came from a fractured family and realized I had many tools to deal with circumstances around me, but very few tools to deal with what was happening inside my own family system. I often felt ill-equipped in those dynamics.
Working with Danielle taught me how much of my suffering came from judgments and assumptions, and from believing that a thought automatically meant it was true. Because of painful experiences, I had formed strong beliefs about who I was supposed to be, how I was supposed to act, and how I was supposed to communicate within my family. I never felt well inside that structure.
I also noticed how seriously I was taking everything. I believed family members were doing things on purpose. Even when I knew they were not, I still wanted to hold them accountable in a way that kept me miserable.
Through this work, my mind has opened and my heart has softened. My relationships with my family have changed significantly. I am able to stay true to myself without hardening against them. The shift has come from examining my own thinking and taking responsibility for it.”

“...she got me to see things differently and I’m cured of a lifelong fear...”

“Some of the coaching I received from Danielle was 10000% unorthodox. She went above and beyond to support me because I was asking for something radical and I was willing to put in the work.
I have struggled with codependency, boundary setting, and seeing myself as a follower rather than a leader. I had the opportunity to work with her in person, including time with horses. Through her advocacy for the horse, I had to stand well in my center. If I was not clear or grounded, it affected the animal and that was not acceptable. That responsibility required me to own my space and step into leadership without operating from survival. That experience shifted something fundamental in me.
Not long after, she took me on a hike. By default, I kept trying to walk behind her. I could feel insecurities rising. She did not allow me to disappear into that pattern. Through specific direction and practice, she had me walk in front and lead. A hike might not sound like a big deal, but I was so outside my comfort zone, that at the beginning I was teary-eyed. Her work with me changed something psychologically and physically.
Now, when I need to make a significant decision or take a bold action, I remember those moments. My identity as someone who can lead and hold their ground is available to me. The work demanded responsibility from me, and it changed the way I see myself. Thank you SO much, Danielle!”
